2) How can I get a sample to check you products quality?

You can require for samples to check our products quality. If you just need a sample to check the design and material quality, we will provide you sample for Free, as long as you afford the express freight. High value product samples are charged. Customization for sample is also welcome but with sampling cost occur.

 

3) Can you design artworks for customer’s approval?

Yes, we have in-house design team and is able to make artwork designs with your logo. In fact, most of the items are tailored made to suit different hotel’s preferences.

 

4) How long can I expect to get the sample?

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed artworks, the samples lead-time will be usually within 1-2 weeks, depending on the products. Then you may call courier express to either pick up the samples or we can send use your express account if you do.

 

5) What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking, most of products are about 30-35 days of completion time. However, for busy seasons it will be around 45-60 days.

 

6) What shipment or logistics do you offer to arrange the goods to customers?
